Investing in real estate -properties has historically been the best long term investment in modern history, providing returns in line with stocks, but with half the volatility. So, why haven't people done it all these years? Well, the problem is, that everyday people who want to invest in real estate aren't able to do so because it requires huge investments.

Basically, everyday people are prevented from participating due to the high initial investment needed for down-payments and the many operational requirements of managing a property. Worse still, unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars and a visa, you can't travel to and invest in properties in the United States. This is why DollarDey was formed.

We want to level the playing field for everyone by building this new way to invest, making it easier for everyday people to start their investing journey today. We want dollar to "dey" for everybody. If you can use a laptop, phone or a tablet, you can own and invest in properties in the US and earn income in dollars!

We want to transform the lives of hitherto excluded and disenfranchised Africans through real estate investments in US properties.
